How can I change my shipping address?

Log onto your profile and update address.

How can I track my order?

By logging into your account, you can view your tracking status under the “tracking” option.

How do sizes fit?

Follow the size chart. Material on clothing items are stretchy and hug your body to give you a Peechy fit 😉

Are items true to size?

Yes. Items are true to size, based on the size chart.

Do you offer returns?

No, unfortunately we’re unable to offer returns.

What happens if I ordered the wrong item or size?

If it is not an error on our end, we cannot return or exchange items.

Can I get a refund or store credit?

There are no refunds. Store credit can be given if it is an error on our end.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders are processed through USPS First Class Mail. It can typically can take an average of 5 business days.

How much is shipping and handling?

Shipping is a flat rate of $4.50.

How do you ship items? (USPS, FEDEX, etc.)

Does clothing shrink after washing or drying?

Clothing does not shrink if you are washing and drying the items correctly.

How should clothing be washed?

Clothing should be hand washed or taken to the cleaners.

What payment methods are available?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and AMEX.

How do I change or cancel an order?

As long as our item has not been shipped out, you can change your order. Once item has been shipped, you will not be able to change or cancel order.

I am in love with an item, but it’s out of stock. How often do you restock?

Re- stocking does depend on the item. We do offer exclusive limited supply of some items. Our basic items are re stocked frequently. Best thing to do is to email our customer service at JustPeechyLegs@gmail.com and we will provide you with the re stocking turn around for the item.

I placed an order, but never received an email confirmation?

You can log back into your account and check the status and confirmation under “orders.” If you do not see your order, please email us at JustPeechyLegs@gmail.com.

My order was confirmed, but I just got an email that my item is out of stock. What does that mean?

That means that we do not have your item in inventory and we will give you the option to order another item, wait until we have the item back in stock, or cancel order.

I received a damaged item. What do I do?

If item is damaged when you receive it, please email us immediately at JustPeechyLegs@gmail.com.

How do I check the status of my order?

Log into your account on JustPeechy.com and select “Orders.”

My tracking info shows that my package was delivered, but I never received it?

Contact the USPS with your tracking number and let them know the status of your package. If you are unsuccessful on locating your package please contact us immediately at justpeechylegs@gmail.com.
